Only Stupid people react to conflicts with anger and aggression.

Your body responds to the way you think, feel, and act. This is one type of “mind/body connection.” When you are stressed, anxious, or upset, your body reacts in a way that might tell you that something isn’t right. All illnesses come out of your own anger.

You MUST take good care of your body and emotion.

Be simple, be kind, work harder and cherish all the unexpected encounters.

You only life once, your everyday is “limited edition”. Try to live happily and meaningful, not for others, only for yourself.
